Position: Software Engineer

Job Description:

We are in search of a talented Software Engineer to collaborate with our team in crafting functional systems that enhance customer experience. As a Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations tailored to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your primary focus will be on executing and automating operational processes swiftly, accurately, and securely.

Responsibilities:

• Design, analyze, and develop backend API-based frameworks hosted on the Microsoft Azure Platform.
• Implement industry-standard patterns and best practices to ensure the scalability and robustness of systems.
• Develop and deploy updates and fixes in accordance with project timelines.
• Provide technical support as required to address issues promptly and efficiently.
• Develop tools aimed at minimizing errors and enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Create software solutions for our internal backend systems to optimize organizational operations.
• Implement automation tools and frameworks such as CI/CD pipelines to streamline development processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production errors and implement appropriate resolutions.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues to maintain system integrity.
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in C# .NET Framework 4.5+ and .NET Core 3.0+ with demonstrated work experience.
• Experience with Entity Framework and SQL Database for efficient data management.
• Strong skills in REST and OData API design and development.
• Familiarity with OAuth standards for authentication.
• Practical experience with Azure API and Azure Serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
• Experience with Azure Functions and proficiency in low code platforms (preferably Logic Apps or Power Automate).
• Knowledge of XML and JSON formats would be advantageous.
• Possess a problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
• Excellent team spirit and collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
