PMO

Responsibilities:

  • Drive capacity planning, program monitoring, and portfolio management within the Transformation and Digitalization Department at our client in Liège.
  • Facilitate the acquisition of new projects to align with our client's transformational goals in the energy sector.
  • Execute duties on a fulltime basis, ensuring optimal resource allocation within our client's operations in Liège.
  • Lead the evaluation and potential adoption of new portfolio tools, with a focus on implementing an MSP/JIRA solution tailored to our client's energy-focused requirements.
  • Oversee the migration phase to ensure a smooth transition to new systems, considering the specific needs of our client's operations in Liège.
  • Actively contribute to strategic discussions regarding tool selection and implementation strategies within the Transformation and Digitalization department.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP) is essential for effective portfolio management within our client's energy-focused context.
  • Proven track record in PMO functions, particularly within transformation and digitalization initiatives, preferably within the energy sector or related industries.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work autonomously to drive projects forward within the context in Liège.
  • Mid-level experience with several years in a similar role within a transformational context, ideally within a company operating in the energy sector.
