You will work in the ICT Workspaces department, where your responsibilities will include the roll-out and support of new hardware, Windows operating system and associated basic components (incl. Office 365). For example, you will coordinate and help to successfully complete the tests of the installability of software packages, with or without hardware dependencies. You will also participate in the day-to-day operations within the incident process and the problem operation.

Test Coordination and preparation of testing activities:

• Working out test scenarios and test data in detail, and supporting other team members in working out test scenarios/cases and preparing test data. This mainly involves functional testing, but possibly also technical testing.
• Running tests yourself and supporting the other testers.
• Assist in the resolution of defects together with the analyst/technical specialist.
• Identifying and reporting proactively on (potential) risks, issues and improvements.
• Reporting on test aspects to the project lead / team lead.
