Our clients' Digital Products department is looking for an Agile QA engineer to join the Digital Products teams.  

The Digital Products department is where digital products take shape. Working closely with the various brands, they develop new products; from websites to social media campaigns and mobile apps.  

You will be working in an extremely dynamic environment where you are jointly responsible for the realisation of a strongly developed digital offer, which appeals to a large and broad audience on a daily basis. Using your expertise, you will help put your shoulders under a high-quality digital portfolio, in a context that is rapidly evolving. 

You have demonstrable experience with various coding/testing best practices & frameworks such as unit/integration/functional/load testing, test automation, You have a healthy technical (programming) basis and can easily work with tools such as Browserstack, Jenkins, Selenium, etc.

What will you be doing?

• You will be a member of a cross-functional agile team and will contribute to the development of the digital ecosystem (websites, apps, in-car, etc.). 
• Together with your colleagues, you build end-to-end on new apps, digital campaigns, minisites, etc. In doing so, you do not confine yourself to your own box, but ensure that you make a maximum contribution to the success of the entire team. 
• You also actively help to monitor and improve the quality of existing products and processes so that we can always deliver the highest quality to our users. 
• Together with the editors, you actively think along with them about fun concepts that fit the unique content creates. 

Who are we looking for?

• You are able to propose a correct and good quality strategy, taking the context into account.
• (Support in) translating stories into test scenarios and identifying edge cases. 
• You identify trends, effects, risks and future developments in the field of automated testing
• Wherever useful, you automate test cases by applying standard tools or tools you develop yourself 
• You take the lead in improving and securing quality, pulling the rest of the team along in a collaborative approach 
• You support the team and editors in problem analysis 
• You have relevant experience in the media sector 
• You can elaborate a QA strategy cross-team
