What started as a small consultancy has grown into a powerhouse comprising Brainbridge IT Staffing, Brainbridge Staffing Solutions, Brainbridge Technics, and Brainbridge Logistics. A legacy of innovation and growth
It all began in 1997: Peter Wens and his companion envisioned a consultancy to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity. By 27 March 1998, their vision became reality with the launch of Defacto Consulting. Operating out of a shared office, the company quickly gained momentum. In 1999, a breakthrough project with Siemens marked the start of rapid growth, expanding to 25 consultants within a year.
Some years later in 2004, Defacto Consulting became Brainbridge, reflecting its mission to connect talented professionals with organisations in need. This rebranding introduced our core values: ambition, speed, fun, reliability, and flexibility—principles that continue to guide us today.
By 2016, Brainbridge had diversified with new entities like Excelys and Anoa Care, solidifying its leadership in workforce solutions. Today, under the leadership of Peter Wens, Brainbridge Workforce Solutions celebrates over 26 years of excellence, driven by resilience, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to connecting talent with opportunity.
