Description

The Project Office Support role will support the coordination of portfolio and project management.

Responsibilities

- Tracking status of project phases and milestones;
- Supporting the adoption of the project handbook throughout the client;
- Preparing project reporting dashboards;
- Coordinating Gate Review meetings, preparing the minutes and follow-up of open action items;
- Maintaining the Project Management Handbook and its templates
- Coordination of Lessons Learned reviews;
- Preparation of monthly performance dashboards;

Technical skills

Knowledge and Experience:
- MS Project, Jira and MS Office tools
- Experience in project administration, operating procedures, oversight and monitoring
- Knowledge and experience of working within a structured project management framework

Skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Analytical
- Able to grasp details
- Good critical and creative thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent spoken/written English
- Uses own initiative
