Reinforce Digital Transformation Team on PMO, Business Analysis & Project Leading


Main activities & deliverables:
o Works on program steering deliverables to set up & coordinate & consolidation all digital initiatives
o Proposes improvements for strategic portfolio mgt
o Some key deliverables (not exhaustive):
- Set-up/maintain program Status Reporting:
o Quantitative reporting: costs, resources, milestones, deliverables
(Earned/Burned approach)
o Qualitative reporting: scope, issues, risks, dependencies
o Processes
o Initialisation phase: baselines for milestones, deliverables, budget, start and end dates
o Running phase : how much time has been spent for which activity and which
deliverable has been completed (PMs tracks / PMO consolidates)
o Budget Reporting
- Capacity dashboard
- Preparation & communication flows between governance bodies (Meeting minutes,
actions follow-up, Program status communication, …)

Technical skills

- Minimum master / license.
- Knowledge/experience in Digitalization domain
- Knowledge/experience in Insurance industry
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office Tools
- Portfolio Management experience
