Sr. Specialist, Contract System Administrator, Supplier Contracting Services will shape and improve the Global contracting service delivery as well as the overall contracting lifecycle management for the various Procurement functions.
This individual will be responsible for reporting metrics related to contract enablement, providing inputs to improve the operations and strategy of the broader organization including all components of the Req-to-Pay process.
This individual will be responsible to enable the Contracting Services team to influence and support continuous improvement of HCC, Legal, Procurement, Privacy, etc. processes and policies to establish and maintain a world class regional contracting service.
Focus of this role is on ongoing improvement of the contracting technology by identifying opportunities/gaps, translating business needs into user stories and working with the IT and technology team on identifying and implement solutions.

Approximate Percentage of Time-Major Duties/Responsibilities
10% - Providing inputs to improve the operations and strategy of the broader SCS organization, domestically and globally
o Provide technology support to user base in regards to training and admin support
40% - Ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the technology solution
Ability to work with IT partners in translating business and process requirements, project management, process thinking E2E, big picture and detailed thinking person
Experience: min 3-4 years in an international process environment, working with compliance requirements, IT project management, process implementation, etc.
English, (Dutch is a plus)
