The Experience Masters build, manage and develop the digital experience of the client through its digital touchpoints (website, campaign, mailing…). As this goes well beyond managing a website, we like to speak of “Experience Master” rather than “Webmaster”.
As Adobe Campaign Expert, you will especially focus on the campaign management aspects.
You will be in charge of:
- Set up, run, upgrade, activate & optimize
- Website, campaign, mailing, newsletter, contests…
- Quality (functional, linking, regression testing…)
We expect you to make a real difference in the digital experience for the clients of our client.
For this purpose, you will work with a transversal team of experts such as designers, UX specialists, copywriters, web analytics, SEO experts, technical & marketing specialists.
We are specifically looking for someone with proven experience in Adobe Campaign and an interest in stretching towards other domains like analytics and personalized websites.
1. Team work
Collaborate with communication, marketing and IT experts, external partners and
internal stakeholders. Maintain a strong relationship with these partners to be able to act swiftly upon request.
2. Ensure consistency in content
Give support for editing and publishing content (within guidelines), suggest and/or create new content for website, campaign or mailing. Assist on web-based
communications strategies and online campaigns.
This includes content, links, order flows, registration flows and transaction logs. If problems arise, make corrections directly or delegate the task to other members (eg IT).
4. Review statistics and monitor analytics
Analyze the performance reporting and more specifically the main conversion paths.
Provide analysis, metrics reporting, quality control and strategic counsel on sites, campaigns etc… Intitiate improvements.
5. Maintain responsive/adaptive design (multi devices publishing)
Make sure the websites/campaigns/… under your supervision are running smooth on
any device, os & browser. Stay up to date on the web’s latest technologies and make sure the site and its components are always mobile-friendly and multi-platform ready.
6. Be the SPOC for IT
Coordinate & structure all change & maintenance requests and make sure they are
followed up with IT as agreed: scope, budget & planning.
7. Be the SPOC for business
Coordinate & structure all change & maintenance requests. Provide support and
guidance, prioritize requests.
Create or complement test scenarios and test the site with every release. Assess
overall quality and give green light for release to go live based on test results.
9. Dynamic linking
Maintain an inventory of advertisements and manage the ad software/component.
Maintain these ads and set parameters for them within the site’s architecture.
10. Plan for future changes
Next to the day-to-day activities, focus on the improvement of the digital experience as a whole. Stay up to date with software and hardware that can improve conversion or efficiency.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree (or proven track record in on-line management) in
computer science or information technology marketing or communications, graphic design, web design or other similar fields.
