Our client is looking for a ITSM Analyst & Process Manager

Responsibilities

As ITSM Analyst and Process Manager you are responsible for

The organization, accompaniment, and optimization of part of the ITSM Processes, insuring a coherent approach between processes and by all involved teams.
Key activities include:

  • Analysis of current ITSM practices,
  • proposal of process and tooling improvements, in line with stakeholder needs and ITIL best practices,
  • Implementation and testing of process changes and tooling together with the stakeholders and the software provider,
  • coaching and support of the process in the different IT and business teams,
  • Management of one or more ITSM processes.

Skills

Specific Skills

  • ITIL v.3 certified
  • Good overall technical and IT skills to understand IT architecture and validate Omnitracker deliveries
  • Hands-on and recent experience in the management or ownership of one or more ITSM processes
  • Proven experience in the introduction, design and organization of ITSM processes in medium to large scale organizations,
  • Proven experience in the management of ITSM tools – at least Omnitracker, Service Now or (Jira) Atlassian suite
  • Hands-on and recent experience in the service delivery of one or more ITSM processes


General skills

  • Fluent in either French or Dutch and a very good passive knowledge of the other language
  • Fluent in English
  • Result and solution oriented,
  • strong people and functional skills to align stakeholders around a commonly accepted solution.
