Client Service Manager

Brainbridge Staffing Solutions, part of Brainbridge Workforce Solutions, is a renowned partner for external talent management solutions in Belgium, helping companies win the war for external talent. We efficiently support companies with medium to large external workforce volumes by engaging with talent suppliers & company referred freelancers.

As a Client Service Manager, you will manage the end-to-end procure-to-pay process for external talent using vendor management software (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, Beeline). You will be the key liaison between the customer and approved vendors.

This role is mainly located at the customer's site in the Antwerp province area (The Waasland) with occasional travel to the Brussels office and home working arrangements available.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Facilitate the end-to-end procure to pay process of external talent from requisition creation to contractor start of assignment and invoicing.
  • Perform standard program maintenance & evaluation action items.
  • Interact daily with hiring managers and suppliers to resolve program related issues.
  • Proactively identify service delivery improvements and provide appropriate and timely solutions.

Requirements

  • A bachelor degree is strongly preferred or similar through experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably in the staffing (in house) or contracting industry focusing on Engineering
  • External talent management experience at other programs Is a major benefit.
  • You have an excellent working knowledge of MS Office (O365), especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and preferably also with SharePoint and OneNote as an end user.
  • Dutch/English speaker with preferably a good understanding of the other language.

The following skillsets are strongly recommended:

  • You have experience in working with e-procurement, vendor management or candidate tracking technologies.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills.
  • You are a precise, well organized and structured worker and can handle various smaller projects at the same time.
  • You have an analytic mindset, problem-solving skills, are a quick learner and motivated self-starter.
  • Negotiation skills are required for rate and contract negotations.
