We are looking for a Service-Now solution architect that can help us to prepare a catch-up on how we use Service-Now today.
To adapt to the progress we make in integration, we are looking for an on-call setup.

We are looking to improve the use of following functionalities:

• Virtual agent with integration in ITSM processes
• Knowledge Management
• Hardware asset management
• Workspace use
• Performance analytics
• Mobile agent
• Workflow vs flow designer
•  ...

Expected deliverables:

Phase 1:

• As-Is To-Be functionality map that makes clear on which functionalities we need to invest
• For the functionalities in scope -> a roadmap on how to move forward

Phase 2:

• Together with project leader and devs facilitate the implementation of the roadmap
• Deliver Training material
• The introduction of Service-Now in our organization dates back from 2016.

Although we followed on a technology level the different releases, we did not invest in the integration of new functionalities offered by the releases.
Some of our ways of working are outdated and could cause a risk of becoming not supported anymore.
